At Draco Slides, we want you to feel like you're walking on clouds; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Slides

  Place the slides back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer, ensuring the new return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
